Coming this month, Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California will be releasing an exclusive new set of puzzles based on the designs of four classic Star Wars posters from the original trilogy. Collectors' site SirStevesGuide.com has posted in their Hasbro Q&A that the final wave of Hasbro's Legacy Collection basic figures for 2010 has been delayed until May and will now be a Toys "R" Us exclusive. Poor sales of the Legacy line in general were cited, with more details here. You can discuss the situation in our forums.

Q1.) Will we be seeing any new figures based on The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition and The Force Unleashed II games?
Q2.) I [recently discovered] the “Lego Digital Designer” where you can design your own set and also the box it comes in, then order them directly from Lego. Could we ever see a “Hasbro Digital Designer” where you could make your custom SW figures and order the parts for them? Preassembled or maybe in Unassembled form to cut down on costs? I do know not all current sculpts and parts are fully compatible but is an idea towards the customizers of the fan base.
Starting February 26, McDonald's will be bringing their Star Wars promotion to kids throughout North America. The Happy Meal promotion will feature different Happy Meal Star Wars premiums, including four "character keepers" (Darth Vader, Anakin, Yoda, and R2-D2) and four starship launchers (Millennium Falcon, X-wing Fighter, Jedi Starfighter, and Republic Gunship). We tried sending VGA-graded Videogames to customers using a series of warp pipes and tanooki suits, but the hard acrylic cases created transport problems. I guess we could try wrapping them indurable-denim overalls? Otherwise, you will just have to get your NES Super Mario Bros VGA 80+ and Metroid VGA 80 by FedEx Ground for freeby using code SHIP4FREE (Restrictions apply). Oh, and SNARF SNARFFF! The Lion-O Statue has made an appearance and his Sword of Omens is ready to blast some ray of awesome in your life. Finally, the new Legacy and Clone Wars Waves have been delayed for a few more days. Apologies for the inconvenience, we finally realized our complex system of warp pipes has performed less than satisfactory. Expect them to ship February 3rd at the latest. Click on through.

Clone Tank Gunner Variation

I heard yesterday that there was a variation on the Clone Wars Clone Tank Gunner CW36 figure, so I went out on a hunt today to find it. Five stores later, I finally found it. The variation is that the early version of the figure's helmet is painted all gold on top, the second version has the same all gold paint on the top of the helmet, but a green triangle has been added to the front of the helmet. The figure in our HD Photo gallery is the second version, but I did add a carded shot of the first version as well. Just scroll down the figure page when you click though to view the variations.

Stopped by my storage unit today and grabbed some more boxes to take home and photograph. The first box had Anakin's Jedi Starfighter from the Revenge of the Sith Sneak Preview toy line. This was released in 2005 and retailed for $19.99. I have added some boxed shots to our Gallery.
