Review

Sculpt:
The new Clone Trooper seems to be the best representation of the character to date. The sculpt is pretty much 100% accurate. Hasbro managed to include over 23+ points of articulation in this figure, and they do not harm the appearance of the sculpt at all. No action features are included, which some will argue make this figure even better. No matter which pose, this character always looks accurate. The only complaint some may have (if they use display stands) is the fact that no foot holes are present, which may make an extremely dynamic pose difficult. Other than that everything is just about perfect. This is the figure to use if you are planning on building an army. Overall, I would rate the sculpt at 9 /10

Paint:
The Clone has a great paint application. About 5+ paints have been used. Hasbro is getting better at painting small details. You cannot really improve on the paint application (since the Clone Trooper is not that colorful to begin with). This time there is no "dirt" around the characters feet. It is almost 100% accurate. Overall I would rate the paint application at 9 /10.

Articulation:
The super articulated Clone Trooper has super articulation (surprise!). Hasbro advertises 14 points of articulation, however I counted 22+ points of articulation. A total count of articulation includes; head (ball), left shoulder (2), right shoulder (2), left elbow (2), right elbow (2), left hand (1), right hand (1), torso (2), left leg (1), right leg (1), left knee (2), right knee (2), left foot (2), right foot (2). The articulation is perfect and nothing could improve it. Overall I would rate the articulation at 10 /10.

Accessories:
The Clone Trooper only comes with a small blaster. It appears to be one that has not been packaged with the character before. All other blasters /weapons previously included fit with this version of the Clone. It would have been nice if more than one weapon was included. There is not much more to say, overall I would rate the accessories at 6 /10.

Packaging:
The new Clone Wars card is used for the packaging. On the back of the card, there is an explanation of the Clone Trooper's role in the Clone Wars. There is also a "Begun the Clone War has" explanation of the Clone Wars (which is on the back of every Clone Wars card). There are 9 other Clone Wars figures shown on the back of the card. The insert states that the clones are with the Army of the Republic. A nice artwork piece of a Clone Trooper with a blaster is shown. Overall I would rate the packaging at 8 /10

Availability:
This figure is very popular right now. Many people are buying multiples of this version of the clone, to build an army (it is the best version for this). If you only want one and cannot find it locally, you may have to try online auctions or vendors. Overall, I will rate the availability at 7 /10.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, this Clone Trooper is the best representation of the character to date. If you want to build an army, this is the figure to use.
