Sculpt:
Saesee Tiin is one of the newest additions to the Clone Wars line of figures. His sculpt is very well done. His head sculpt specifically is very nice and very detailed. The body sculpt is also very well done and representative of the character. Hasbro decided to use a cloth waistcoat for Saesse Tiin. I personally prefer plastic over cloth, but I believe they used cloth so Saesee Tiin can fit in the vehicles (he is a pilot after all). The other clothes on Saesee Tiin look fairly good and almost real (such as the cargo pants). The clothes on Saesee Tiin look very similar to Anakin's. I bet Hasbro (or a customizer) could switch the heads of the figures and we would not be able to tell the difference. That way you could have an Anakin with a cloth cape, so he can fit in his Jedi Starfighter better. Overall the sculpt of Saesee Tiin is very well done. Overall, I would rate the sculpt at 8 /10

Paint:
The paint application on Saesee Tiin is incredibly well done. I counted about 12+ paints used. The expression of Saesse Tiin is unique, he seems to have an "angry" expression. His face is painted with orange tones and is very well done. He has a tattoo on the back of his head and the color of bone (for his horns) is dead on and looks great. Overall I would rate the paint application at 9 /10.

Articulation:
Saesee Tiin has a fair amount of articulation for a Jedi. A total count of articulation includes; head (1), left arm (1), left elbow (2), right arm (1), right elbow (2) torso (1), left leg (1), right leg (1). I think they should have included ball jointed arms and better foot articulation (since it is sometimes hard to get him to stand). Overall I would rate the articulation at 7 /10.

Accessories:
Saesee Tiin comes with his Lightsaber, a headset, two shinguards and two arm gauntlets. The green Lightsaber is very detailed and features a removable blade. The removable arm gauntlets and shin guards are very nice and well disguised when on the figure. The removable headset fits very well on Saesse Tiin (much better than Anakin's headset fits him) and looks great. Overall I would rate the accessories at 9 /10.

Packaging:
The new Clone Wars card is used for the packaging. On the back of the card, there is an explanation of Saesee Tiin's background and role in the Clone Wars. There is also a "Begun the Clone War has" explanation of the Clone Wars (which is on the back of every Clone Wars card). There are 9 other Clone Wars figures shown on the back of the card. The insert states Tiin is with the Army of the Republic and sports a nice artwork piece of Saesee Tiin swinging his Lightsaber. Overall I would rate the packaging at 8 /10

Availability:
This figure is new, so it may not be available in all locations yet. This wave may be fairly popular though. I suggest you purchase it online if you do not want to wait for it to come out in your area. Overall, I will rate the availability at 7 /10.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, if you are looking for a Jedi, Saesee Tiin is a great figure to add to you collection. He would make a great pilot for your Clone Wars army. The level of detail shows that Hasbro is on the right track, hopefully this trend will continue.
